New Individual and Corporate Membership Rates

One of the challenges of running or club is the is how to effectively engage our members and provide worthwhile value for your membership. No time in our history has this been as important as it is now.

We have talked to our members and have changed our membership prices to provide the activities and promotions that you are looking for. We are excited about these changes and thank the members that have been integral in the creation of this new pricing structure. Of course, if you have any questions, please email or call our membership chair, Marcos Tamez.

Individual Memberships

Most of our members have purchased our "Individual Membership" package. While the costs of running our organization have increased, we have kept the price static for a number of years. Further, we will be using additional money to promote advertising in Orlando as a whole. Effective October 1st, 2010 we are going to change the price for renewing to $150, and new or expired members to $170. Current members have a short grace period after their anniversary date where they will be notified before becoming "lapsed" and therefore owe the expired, new member rate. We have instituted a new platform for updating members better and we believe you will find the new process much more efficient.

Until this new pricing structure goes into effect, all current and lapsed members may upgrade at the current $130 rate.

Corporate Memberships

We dramatically changed our corporate membership to better align with the needs of local companies. It is our hope that many of the Individual Memberships will become Corporate Memberships and in doing so, will promote more participation from companies as a whole.

The Corporate Memberships are based on company size and will allow for ALL members of a company to participate at the member rate at all AAF-Orlando and Ad2 Orlando events and programs while allowing one person, the bundle manager to sit on the AAF-Orlando Board of Directors and participate at District and National conferences.

The new rates for Corporate Memberships offer a great value over the previous pricing scheme. For businesses the size of 0-5 people, the cost is $295, for businesses of between 6-14 people, the cost is $395, and the cost for all other businesses is $495. For many companies this will offer a significant discount over our current rates while enabling us to offer member benefits to more people.

If a company chooses to have additional employees have voting privileges an additional cost of $100 per person will allow them the opportunity to sit on the Board and attend conferences.

As always, we welcome feedback to our changes and encourage everyone to join us at our monthly AAF-Orlando Board Meetings.
