We are hiring an Account Coordinator to support our account team. Prior experience in business, marketing and/or related discipline preferred.


  • Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan.
  • Proactively communicate with Account Management team and clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner.
  • Attend to the day-to-day needs of the client and continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
  • Support and sometimes lead client projects and engagements that range from print and digital design, TV spots, video projects, experiential and branded content, to web design, online marketing, social media and email initiatives.
  • Participate in client meetings as appropriate and ensure client communication is up to date regarding project status.
  • Creating and/or coordinating on project estimates and timelines.
  • Proofreading and quality control of internal and client documents, presentations and creative content.
  • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.
  • Maintaining and updating Client status reports.
    Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Reviewing vendor quotes and verifying production specs.
  • Quarterbacking research requests with research teams.
  • Fielding and processing internal day-to-day information requests.
  • Spearheading internal and client meeting preparation.
  • Booking travel and processing expenses, etc.
  • Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.

This is a stepping stone to the many duties of an Account Manager. Our goal is to help you grow by gaining unique, in-depth insight into Agency Account Management and  learn how to strategically manage, maintain and grow client relationships.

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and planning skills and be detail oriented.
  • A team player with ability to listen to, incorporate, and disseminate information clearly and quickly.
  • Act as problem solver with the ability to effectively communicate project progress and changes to both the client and internal team members in a timely manner.
  • Display strong interpersonal skills and good judgment capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Have the ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities including: knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote (we are a Mac based agency).
  • Familiarity with various content management systems is a plus, but not required.
