Madison Avenue Worldwide – “The Agency of Urgency” is in search of an overachiever who loves to exceed expectations to fill the role of an Account Director/Manager.  This self-directed and hard-working individual will manage key Fortune 100 agency accounts and lead campaign management and the execution of client programs and strategies. This person will also be responsible for overseeing the development of new marketing campaigns or solutions and new business development.  Projects include but are not limited to large volume graphic design, production art, customization/updating of existing consumer campaigns, sourcing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will excel working as a partner and advisor to the client; will have visible presence with client management; listen to, react, and resolve issues and identify opportunities and implement solutions. This account advocate will provide leadership and direction to support existing program retention and growth goals.

This position requires you to work onsite daily at our local Celebration, Florida office.


  1. Leads clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
  2. Directs a multi-disciplinary team ensuring the utmost level of client service
  3. Drives sourcing, strategy, procurement improvement, and distribution efficiencies
  4. Apply your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
  5. Acts as the chief liaison between clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
  6. Completes projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  7. Leads client meetings, issues meeting agendas, lead calls, reviews open items and projects
  8. Prepares and presents estimates, SOWs, invoices, schedules, and status reports
  9. Promotes the expansion of business with existing clients
  10. Partners with other senior managers to generate new accounts
  11. Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with team
  12. Responsible for meeting business KPI’s and development of business plans

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in professional client relationship management
  • A background in advertising, design, or marketing
  • The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Proven track record in business development, client, and team success
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
  • 5 years of marketing agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
