The Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who is equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and execution driver. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of SMB and enterprise clients on retainer across paid media, SEO, social media, and website engagements. You won’t be doing only hands-on-keyboard work, but you need to know it deeply, speaking the language of paid social (Meta and beyond), paid search (Google/Bing), programmatic, lead generation, and web strategy fluently. You’ll manage a meeting-heavy calendar, prepare business requirement documentation, drive internal alignment across department heads and project managers, and hold the line on flawless execution. This role reports to the SVP of Operations & Client Success.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Orlando, FL.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationships

Primary point of contact across a retainer + pay-for-performance portfolio
Lead account reviews, strategy sessions, and performance calls
Build trust-based relationships from owner to C-suite
Identify growth opportunities and proactively surface risks
Strategy & Digital Fluency

Advise on paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, lead gen & web
Translate client goals into strategies with department leads
Review media plans, campaign strategies, and digital roadmaps
Stay sharp on platform changes, trends, and competitive dynamics
Project & Execution Leadership

Own end-to-end client experience from kick-off through delivery
Prepare BRDs and lead internal alignment meetings
Build internal rapport to get projects prioritized and executed
Manage escalations with calm urgency before clients feel them
Reporting & Account Health

Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences
Report account health and growth metrics to leadership
Track retention, satisfaction, and revenue within your book
Document action items and follow-ups with precision
What We’re Looking For

Experience

3–6+ years client-facing at a digital marketing agency (required)
Depth in knowledge of paid search, paid social, programmatic & SEO
Experience managing SMB and enterprise accounts simultaneously
Background preparing BRDs, project briefs, or creative briefs
Familiarity with lead generation and multi-channel marketing funnels
Experience interfacing with internal dept heads and project managers
