About the role:

We are seeking a multi-talented, dynamic, and highly organized marketing coordinator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various projects that are designed to either enhance our online presence, help us engage with prospects in person and online, attract new customers, or add tremendous value to our existing customer base.



  • Plan, coordinate, and promote monthly webinars.
  • Collaborate across departments to generate content for ongoing customer communications.
  • Create content and post to Shoflo’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Maintain CRM data to ensure that marketing efforts are delivered to the right people at the right time.
  • Manage all conference logistics. (flights, hotels, materials, promotional items, & presentations)


You might be right for the role if you have experience with the following:

  • Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
  • Project management software (Asana, Trello, Wrike, Monday)
  • Social media management and advertising (SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads)
  • Email marketing
  • Research and reporting
  • HubSpot, Salesforce or any other type of CRM
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Optimize (a plus)
  • Web design & Video editing (another plus)



  • 1-3 years of marketing experience (SAAS a bonus)
  • College Degree – Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred
  • Located In Orlando or willing to commute


Schedule, compensation & perks:

  • Full-time (M – F, 9am – 5pm)
