The Sr. Integrated Account Manager position at three.two.one is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various marketing projects, while providing exceptional customer service and support to top tier clients.

Duties of a Sr. Integrated Account Manager include daily, professional client correspondence, project management and fulfillment, and internal communications with the creative, data and development teams. They will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, retaining their business and seeking new opportunities. They will ensure deadlines and milestones are met on-time and effectively. They will also pitch ideas, develop strategies and demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address client issues, while simultaneously adding value to the agency.

This position reports directly to the three.two.one Directors and Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, offering consultation and strategy to drive client retention and renewals
  • Supervise and support account managers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budgets; develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
  • Manage resource schedules, while coordinating with other project managers across multiple projects
  • Provide frequent, detailed updates on projects through open communication with Accounts team and Directors
  • Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
  • Meticulously proof every piece of collateral before it is sent out, ensuring client branding and goals are being executed properly
  • Work closely and maintain relationships with vendors (print, mail, production, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four+ years of experience in account service/project management at an advertising or marketing agency
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, communications, or related field
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, solve problems effectively, and to remain professional and constructive in all situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
  • Have a working knowledge of content management systems, SEO, SEM, digital paid media, web analytics, and digital strategy
  • Experience in healthcare and/or hospitality industries preferred
  • Mac proficient
