Senior Digital Graphic Designer

Candidate must execute a variety of tasks under some pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Duties will primarily fall under the digital media categories (ie: user interface, websites, email marketing campaigns, apps, etc) and provide support for print design. The individual in this role will be tasked with designing emails, web pages, and interactive, multi-platform user interfaces, as well as collateral and other print design in collaboration with the creative and content team and key stakeholders to visually convey a particular message, idea or concept. The individual in this role will also be tasked with keeping up with the latest trends and implementation of email and web industry standards and best practices.

Must be able to effectively manage projects from conception through completion.
Work hand in hand with the creative and content team and Account Managers and occasionally interface with internal clients.
Stay current with the latest trends in the both digital and print media.
Collaborate with designers and copy teams to elevate standards of digital creativity.
Lead digital media projects by understanding business and communications goals and translating them into creative solutions.
Oversee & proof email blasts and landing pages before launch.
Handle and prioritize multiple projects while meeting design objectives and deadlines.
Work effectively with deadlines while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Understand that content may sometimes override design.
Must demonstrate attention to detail and be a motivated self starter.
Ensure accuracy of work before final production
