The Digital Marketing Manager-Revenue Generation develops and manages digital demand generation to meet the organization’s revenue objectives. They will work closely with the marketing team and business unit stakeholders to create and execute campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive KPIs.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead The IIA’s earned and paid social media channels.

Own paid media research, planning, execution, performance analysis, optimization and reporting through direct implementation, assignment to direct report(s), and/or external agencies.

Create, augment, and/or iterate ad messaging and social content.

Optimize the impression to lead experience to drive conversion.

Design and manage continuous improvement through approved testing plans across products and audience segments.

Manage $10-30K monthly ad spend and provide weekly reporting on cost per KPI and ROAS metrics.

Collaborate with IT and BI teams to provide performance reports and regular updates on campaign optimization efforts.

Partner with business unit leaders, product owners, and marketing managers to establish and apply segmentation and personalization.

Ensure the development of landing pages and lead-gen forms utilized best practices to distribute The IIA’s content through relevant paid programs and maximize reach.

Provides overall direction, evaluation, and professional development of direct reports. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Education and/or Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.

Must have +5 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Strong experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.

Knowledge of best practices in online marketing and experience in delivering qualified traffic, conversion, and revenue.

Deep understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.

Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams including product marketing, marketing communications, design, IT, sales operations, field marketing, etc.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and lead a team.


Technical Skills                                

Expert ability to work and understand digital infrastructure and software related to web development and design, Google Analytics, and email automation. Experience with ClickDimensions and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

Strong ability to work in a computerized environment with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Web-related computer skills listed above.
