Summary

As a Marketing Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for writing creative briefs, entering media requests, tracking project and performance progress, and ensuring that stakeholders are updated on the status of each project in meetings and written updates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business unit, product owner, creative, content, digital, and analytics teams to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Develop project schedules, timelines, and ensure that all stakeholders are updated.

Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

Communicate project status and progress to all stakeholders, including senior management.

Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications

Education and/or Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.

Must have +3 years of marketing, project management, traffic, or account management experience with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Understanding of creative process and timelines, event management, and demand generation.

Understanding of waterfall and scrum project management concepts.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams including product marketing, marketing communications, design, web development, sales operations, field marketing, etc.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and apply direction from multiple stakeholders.

 

Technical Skills                                

Understanding of MS Office and project management tools. Experience in Excel, PowerPoint required. Experience in SmartSheets or Robohead are a plus.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

Strong ability to work in a computerized environment with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Web-related computer skills listed above.
