Years from now, when you’re a C-suite agency bigwig, you can tell everyone that you worked your way to the top from Account Coordinator. H/L is on the lookout for an entry-level Account Coordinator working remotely from the Orlando area. You’ll jump into coordinating tasks, QA work, reporting, and supporting the account team. What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with local account teams on the daily operations of client projects and priorities
  • Assist with the creative production process to drive momentum for our clients, including developing creative briefs, promotional plans, and the associated internal & external reviews/approvals
  • Manage the broadcast and digital trafficking processes as well as applicable reporting
  • Communicate regularly with internal clients to address questions, provide updates, and solve issues
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for client invoicing and accounts payables processing
  • Provide data-driven support to clients by compiling & tracking market research using proprietary tools
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams, as well as prepare documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Travel up to 20%

About You:

  • You have strong organizational and project management skills and are able to see projects through from start to finish
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, able to create, edit, and format Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You understand retail marketing (or a desire to learn), quick service restaurant experience a plus
  • You thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • You are self-motivated with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
  • You have a bachelor’s degree, or related experience, in advertising, marketing, public relations, or communications
